１ 廃業の届出の遅延（法第12条第五号違反） 廃業したときは30日以内に届け出なければならないところ、電気工事業（特定）を令和５年10月１日に廃業したにもかかわらず、２年以上経過した令和７年11月20日にその旨を届け出た。 ２ 更新許可申請の不備（法第５条第五号・第六号違反） 許可申請書の記載事項として定められている専任技術者（現営業所技術者）の氏名（第五号）及び許可を受けようとする建設業（第六号）について、令和５年９月12日の更新許可申請後、同年11月10日の更新許可までの間に電気工事業（特定）の専任技術者が不在となったにもかかわらず許可申請書の補正をせず、本来であれば受けられない電気工事業（特定）の更新許可を受けた。 ３ 軽微でない工事の無許可での請負（法第３条違反） 電気工事業について、令和５年10月１日の廃業日以降許可を受けていない状態にもかかわらず、軽微でない工事を請け負った。
