株式会社仙崎市川組の元代表取締役は、元山口県職員に対し、山口県の公共工事の設計・積算等の労務・資材に関する単価表の情報を提供する有利かつ便宜な取り計らいをしたことに対する謝礼として、商品券を供与し、もって元山口県職員の職務に関して賄賂を供与した。 このことにより、令和４年３月１７日に広島簡易裁判所から刑法第１９８条（贈賄）違反による罰金３０万円の判決を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものと認められる。
