株式会社朝日技建及び同社取締役は，令和元年10月25日から同月28日までの間，同社が雇用する労働者3名を建設作業員として，別の建設業者に派遣し，労働者派遣禁止業務について労働者派遣業務を行ったとして，令和4年3月31日に鹿児島簡易裁判所において労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律違反により，罰金刑の略式命令を受け，同年4月16日及び同月19日にその刑が確定した。
