The representative director of Hayakawa-gumi Co., Ltd. falsely reported to the Tsushima Labor Standards Inspection Office on April 26, 2021, that an employee had sustained injuries requiring more than four days of leave during a sidewalk paving construction site in Nagoya City on February 19, 2021. In fact, the employee was injured in an accident involving a backhoe during work on the construction site, and the report falsely stated that the injury occurred at the company's material storage yard in Yatomi City. This false report violated the Industrial Safety and Health Act, resulting in a summary order of a 100,000 yen fine for the corporation and the representative director by the Tsushima Summary Court, which was finalized. This constitutes a violation of Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
