Nevertheless, on August 29, 2018, and October 28, 2020, the company submitted affidavits asserting it was not subject to disqualification when applying for a construction permit related to demolition work and when renewing its construction permit, respectively. Both permits were obtained through fraudulent means. This conduct violates Article 29, Paragraph 1, Item 7 of the Construction Business Act. The license was revoked by Miyagi Prefecture on March 29, 2022, under the authority of the Construction Business Act.
