(1) Regarding the travel agency renewal registration applied for on September 14, 2016, the applicant falsely described their own background in the [Resume of the Designated Handling Manager] and submitted a false application, receiving renewal registration from the Osaka Prefectural Governor on October 27 of the same year. (Violation of Article 19, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Travel Industry Act) (2) Regarding the same renewal registration application, the applicant falsely described the address of the designated handling manager at the Tokyo branch in the [Resume of the Designated Handling Manager] and the [Declaration of No Disqualification], and received renewal registration from the Osaka Prefectural Governor on October 27, 2016. (Violation of Article 19, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Travel Industry Act) (3) For the main office registered on October 27, 2011, the company reported a person who could not be appointed as the travel business handling manager, and conducted travel operations without a designated handling manager. (Violation of Article 11-2, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Industry Act) (4) For the Tokyo branch reported on July 19, 2016, the company reported a person who could not be appointed as the handling manager, and continued travel operations without a handling manager until November 17, 2016. (Violation of Article 11-2, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Industry Act) (5) After receiving travel agency registration on October 27, 2011, the company did not conduct travel business itself from 2015 onward, and had Creative Japan Limited conduct travel operations without registration.
