In a public construction project in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, Inoue Corporation submitted a worker injury and illness report claiming that a labor accident that occurred on April 21, 2022, was caused by an incident at their own material storage site, and falsely reported this to the Director of the Labor Standards Inspection Office. This violated Article 100, Paragraph 1; Item 5; and Articles 122 and 97, Paragraph 1 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act (Ministry of Labour Ordinance No. 32 of 1972). As a result, Inoue Corporation and its representative director were fined. This constitutes a violation of Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
