On April 22, 25, and May 1, 2025, the Kanto Transportation Bureau's maritime operations supervisor conducted audits of Dts creation Co., Ltd. under the Marine Transportation Law. It was confirmed that the company did not assign crew members who had completed specific training as required by the Ship Crew Law when deploying crew. Subsequently, on July 16, 2025, the bureau issued a transportation safety order to the company, including instructions that the vessel's operations manager must consider safety and crew qualifications, such as whether crew members are familiar with the route and have completed the required training, when creating or revising crew deployment plans.

On July 16, 2025, the bureau issued a transportation safety order to the company, including instructions that the operations manager must consider whether crew members familiar with the route, who have completed the specified training, are assigned when creating or revising crew deployment plans, in accordance with Article 22 of the Safety Management Regulations.
