令和7年4月22日、25日及び5月1日、関東運輸局の運航労務監理官が、株式会社Dts creationに対し海上運送法に基づく監査を実施したところ、運航管理者が乗組員を配乗するにあたり、船員法に定める特定教育訓練を終了した者を乗り組ませていなかった等、関係法令及び安全管理規程に違反する事実を確認した。 令和7年7月16日、関東運輸局は同者に対し、「運航管理者は、配乗計画を作成又は改定する場合は、安全管理規程第22条に基づき、特定教育訓練終了者を乗り組ませる等、航路に精通した船舶職員が乗り組むこととなっているか、その安全性を検討すること。」を含む命令を行った。
