Regarding this matter, the company and its employees received summary fines for violations of the Industrial Safety and Health Act from Koshizawa Summary Court on March 26, 2024, and the penalties were finalized. This is recognized as corresponding to Construction Business Act Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3.
