The subject business operator, as a primary subcontractor at a facility demolition site in Akita Prefecture, on May 27, 2022, had a worker fall from a ladder and fracture their right heel. Despite this, at the request of the main contractor, they submitted a worker injury report to the Odate Labor Standards Inspection Office falsely stating that the injury occurred in their warehouse. Regarding this matter, the operator and involved employees received a summary fine for violations of the Labor Safety and Health Act from the Odate Summary Court on June 6, 2025, and the sentence was finalized. This is recognized as applicable under Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
