Water Machinery Technos Co., Ltd. violated Article 15, Item 2 of the Construction Business Act by assigning personnel who do not meet qualification requirements as the sole technical officer at their office. This violation was recognized as falling under the provisions of Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the same Act. The Kanto Regional Development Bureau issued an instruction on February 10, 2023, requiring the company to promptly implement measures such as informing staff of the violation and related sanctions, conducting training and education to ensure compliance with the law, and reviewing and strengthening internal management systems. The company is permitted to conduct construction work in electrical, piping, machinery, and water-related fields under permit number 号 (number) issued by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
