On March 3, 2021, at the Sakuma residence demolition site in Ogaki City, Akasaka Town, 4017-1, workers from Yūki J's Works were engaged in removing the roof tiles of a house. A worker fell approximately 3.5 meters from the roof, resulting in serious injuries including a cervical vertebra fracture. The company and the site supervisor were found to have failed to implement necessary fall prevention measures, such as installing safety nets and using fall arrest equipment. On September 29, 2021, the Ogaki Summary Court issued a summary order imposing a fine of 200,000 yen on the company and 300,000 yen on the site supervisor for violations of the Industrial Safety and Health Act and for occupational negligence causing injury. The court's decision was finalized. This is recognized as corresponding to Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.
