Chushou Kensetsu Co., Ltd. conducted civil engineering work without the permit required under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Building Business Act, despite the contract amount exceeding the amount specified in Enforcement Ordinance of the Building Business Act, Article 1-2, Paragraph 1. Furthermore, although the work was civil engineering work, the company reported the contract amount as part of the completed amount for general building work in their management review application as of September 30, 2023, which was the review date, and provided false information in the application.
