第 １７７８ 号 令和８年８月２８日金曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告資本金及び準備金の額の減少公告 page="0029"　当社は、募集株式の発行により資本金の額が、百八十億七千二百五十五万四千九百二十二円、資本準備金の額が百八十億七千二百五十五万四千九百二十二円増加することを条件として、資本金の額を百八十億七千二百五十五万四千九百二十二円減少して十五億二千万円、資本準備金の額を百八十億七千二百五十五万四千九百二十二円減少して十億七千万円とすることにいたしました。　ただし、第三者割当増資による資本金及び資本準備金の額の増加と同時に行うため、効力発生日後の資本金及び資本準備金の額は同日前のそれぞれの額を下回ることはありません。そのため、株主総会の決議を経ずに決定しております。　この決定に対し異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　なお、最終貸借対照表の開示状況は次のとおりです。　金融商品取引法による有価証券報告書提出済。　令和八年八月二十八日東京都中央区銀座五丁目一一番一〇号株式会社弘電社　代表取締役　社長執行役員　梶川　裕司　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
