The following day, the company's representative falsely reported to the Kawagoe Labor Standards Inspection Office that the incident involved a worker dropping a pipe during construction planning inside the Saya Den factory in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. This false report led to fines of 200,000 yen each for Saya Den and its representative, confirmed by the Kawagoe Summary Court on January 30, 2025.
