Fraud or false representation北海道開発局は、全国旅館ホテル生活衛生同業組合連合会及び一般社団法人日本ホスピタリティ テクノロジー協会に対し、指名停止2ヵ月の措置を行いました。(「北海道開発局工事契約等指 名停止等の措置要領」別表第2第16号に該当) 全国旅館ホテル生活衛生同業組合連合会の専務理事(当時)が、廃業した飲食店などの工事をめぐる 補助金をだまし取ったとして、令和8年3月24日、詐欺罪で起訴されたことから、指名停止措置を 行うものです。 なお、起訴された専務理事(当時)は、(一社)日本ホスピタリティテクノロジー協会の代表理事を つとめており、同協会は有資格者であるため、併せて指名停止を行うものです。
