Multiple instances of false claims related to emergency employment stability subsidies and human resource development support subsidies were identified, involving amounts totaling over 24 million yen. The violations include submitting false leave applications, falsifying attendance records after changing from leave to work, and creating false documents to overstate severance pay. The company did not repay the overclaimed amounts.
