令和３年１２月２１日から２２日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和４年２月１４日までに報告されたい。記１．ダイヤモンドクワッドリフトの保安設備（風速計）について、鉄道事業法第３８条において準用する同法第１２条第２項に定める索道施設の変更届出を実施せずに、索道施設を変更していたことを確認した。よって、鉄道事業法の規定に基づく手続きを速やかに行うとともに、同種事案が再び発生することがないよう適切な措置を講ずること。【北陸信越運輸局】
