令和３年１１月８日から１１月１１日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和４年２月１４日までに報告されたい。記以下の事項の改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明した上で、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。神保原駅及び群馬八幡駅のホーム上の電車線路及びき電線路の支持物において、電気設備実施基準第７条に規定する昇塔防止の措置が実施されていないことを確認した。よって、同実施基準に基づき、適切な管理を行うよう必要な措置を講じること。【関東運輸局】
