私事都合の休暇取得日等についても休業したとする虚偽の内容の書類及び休業手当を支払っていないにもかかわらず支払ったとする虚偽の内容の書類を作成・提出したうえで、本来受給することができない助成金を受給したもの。不正受給を行った事業主等 ※ 「全額返還」の状況については令和8年5月1日時点のもの事業主等が行った不正の返還状況休業していないにもかかわらず休業したとする、事実と異なる書類を作成して支給申請を行い、目6-17 本来受給することができない助成金を受給した休業していないにもかかわらず休業したとする、事実と異なる書類を作成して支給申請を行い、 SY企画 7-13 石岡住宅1号本来受給することができない助成金を受給した休業していないにもかかわらず休業したとする虚偽の内容の書類及び労働者が退職しているにも SY企画 7-13 石岡住宅1号関わらず在籍していると装った虚偽の内容の書類を作成して支給申請を行い、本来受給することができない助成金を受給したもの。
