不正受給を行った事業主等 ※ 「全額返還」の状況については令和8年5月1日時点のもの事業主等が行った不正の返還状況労働者へ休業手当を支払ったと偽り、虚偽の申請をしたもの。雇用実態がないにも関わらず、あるように装い、 273番地1 虚偽の内容の申請書および添付書類を作成のうえ助成金を申請し、受給した。
