勧誘資料等を送付したうえで、未公開株等の売買又はその媒介等を行うとしていたもの。 代表者等の氏名は「不明」。 登録を受けた金融商品取引業者の商号である「みずほ証券株式会社」の名称、所在地及びその登録番号に類似した「関東財務局（金商）第94号」を騙っていた。 勧誘資料は、平成25年5月22日付で詐称業者として名称等を公表した「東洋キャピタル株式会社（詐称）」及び本日付で同じく公表した「株式会社丸三証券（詐称）」と酷似している。
