勧誘資料等によって、ファンドの募集又は私募の取扱いを行っていたもの。 当該業者から「WINOFEX REPAIR FX」「REPAIR RAP」「リペアロトプログラム」「リペアロト2プログラム」という名称の商品の勧誘を受けたとの情報が寄せられている。 当該業者は27年10月、登記簿上の本店所在地を福岡市から東京都へ移転。 （※）当該業者は、証券取引等監視委員会において、平成28年5月20日、裁判所への金融商品取引法違反行為（無登録で、投資一任契約の締結の媒介及びファンドの募集又は私募を業として行うこと）の禁止及び停止を命ずるよう申立てを行った被申立人である。
