勧誘資料等を送付したうえで、ファンド（有価証券等分散投資型）の募集又は私募を行っていたもの。 他の会社から、当該業者の書面が届いたら連絡が欲しい旨の電話があり、その後、当該業者から「オリンピアプラチナ1号匿名組合【匿名組合契約書（契約締結前交付書面）】」と題する書面が送られてきたとの情報が寄せられている。 当該業者は、適格機関投資家等特例業務届出業者である旨を騙っていた。 勧誘資料は、同日付で警告を行った「株式会社アスミル」と類似している。
