当社は、親会社等の利害関係者が保有する不動産を本投資法人に取得させる際には、第三者である不動産鑑定業者に対して、取得させようとする不動産の鑑定評価を依頼し、算定された鑑定評価額を上限として当該不動産の取得価格を決定している。しかしながら、当社は、不動産鑑定業者から提示された鑑定評価額に係る中間報告又は概算額が親会社の売却希望価格に満たなかった３物件の不動産について、親会社の売却希望価格を優先し、親会社の売却希望価格を伝達するなどしたうえで、鑑定評価額が当該売却希望価格を上回るものとなるよう、算定を依頼した不動産鑑定業者に対し、鑑定評価額を引き上げるための働きかけを行っていた。
