勧誘資料等を送付したうえで、未公開株等の買取りを行うとしていたもの。 当該業者から「返還請求のご案内 各種債権・外貨・金融商品全般」と題する葉書が送られ、その後、電話において未公開株等の買取りの勧誘を受けたとの情報が寄せられている。 勧誘資料には、証券取引等監視委員会に類似した「加盟 証券等監視委員会」と記載し、また、財務局の登録番号に類似した「財務支局長(金商)27号」を騙っていた。 上記所在地及び勧誘資料の電話番号は、平成26年2月3日付で警告書を発出した「株式会社朝日サポート」と同一である。
