株式会社佐電工の営業本部副本部長は、佐賀県多久市が発注した指名競争入札に関し、秘密事項（指名業者名）を多久市職員から教示を受け、公正な入札を妨害する行為を行った。 これにより、営業本部副本部長は、令和７年３月１１日に佐賀区検察庁から刑法第９６条の６第１項（公契約関係競売等妨害）の罪により略式起訴、同日、佐賀簡易裁判所から罰金３０万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第２号及び第３号に該当すると認められる。
