（株）源輝は、平成２７年５月１日から平成３１年４月３０日までの４事業年度にわたって、架空外注費を計上する方法により所得を秘匿し、法人税及び地方法人税を免れた。 このことについて、令和３年１０月２１日、奈良地方裁判所より法人税法違反及び地方法人税法違反による罰金６００万円の判決を受け、その刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
