On June 16, 2023, Nippon Denko Co., Ltd. and the person responsible for supervising the work at an electrical construction site in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture, directly commanded workers and oversaw their safety management during the replacement of high-voltage lines on a 6600V distribution pole. Despite the circuit being open and energized at 6600V, they did not implement necessary safety measures to prevent electrical hazards. This constitutes a violation of Article 20, Item 3 of the Act on Securing, etc., of Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment (Law No. 57 of 1972) and Article 339, Item 3 of the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations (Ministry of Labour Ordinance No. 32 of 1972). As a result, on December 18, 2024, Nippon Denko Co., Ltd. and the work supervisor were subject to fines. This incident also falls under Article 28, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Construction Business Act.

新日本電興株式会社は令和５年６月16日、千葉県富津市の電気工事現場において、作業責任者として労働者を直接指揮するとともに労働者の安全管理を統括する者が、被災労働者らをして交流6600Ｖの配電柱の高圧引下線の取り替え作業を行わせるに当たり、開路した電路が交流6600Ｖの高圧であるにもかかわらず、電気による危険を防止するため必要な措置を講じなかった。 以上のことが、労働安全衛生法（昭和47年法律第57号）第20条第３号、労働安全衛生規則（昭和47年労働省令第32号）第339条第１項第３号に違反し、令和６年12月18日、新日本電興株式会社及び作業責任者が罰金刑に処せられた。 このことが、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
