株式会社翔プランニングは、労働者が北海道札幌市西区の内装工事における作業中に移動式足場から墜落し負傷し、４日以上休業したにもかかわらず、遅滞なく札幌東労働基準監督署に労働者死傷病報告を提出しなかった。 このことにより、労働安全衛生法第１００条第１項及び労働安全衛生規則第９７条第１項に基づき、札幌簡易裁判所において、同法人及び同法人従業員が罰金刑に処せられ、令和３年１２月７日にその刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
