藤英建設株式会社は、令和２年４月２９日、旭市の工場でスレート屋根補修工事をする際、踏み抜きにより労働者に危険を及ぼす恐れがあったのに、幅30cm以上の歩み板を設ける等の労働者の危険防止措置を講じず、作業員１名が死亡した。 このことは法第２８条第３項に該当する。
