Cause of action

群馬労働局長から令和７年５月１５日付で通報があり、以下の労働安全衛生法違反が判明した。 同社は、令和６年１０月２９日に吾妻郡東吾妻町大字原町内で施工された社会資本総合整備（防災・安全）（火山予防）（重点）（５カ年）（Ｒ５補正）において、法定の除外理由がないのにもかかわらず、同工事において貴社労働者Ａをして貨物自動車（以下、「ユニック車」とする。）を用いて、足場材の運搬業務を行わせるに際し、あらかじめ当該作業に係る場所の広さ及び地形、当該ユニック車等の種類及び形状等に適応する作業計画を定め、その作業計画により作業を行わせなければならないのに当該作業計画を定めずに作業を行わせ、もって、機械等による危険を防止するための必要な措置を講じなかったため、同社及び現場監督は労働安全衛生法及び労働安全衛生規則違反で、書類送検されて、中之条簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金３０万円の判決を受け、令和７年２月１９日に同判決が確定した。
