株式会社メイユウの代表取締役は、令和５年１月26日、三重県鳥羽市松尾町地内の太陽光発電所建設工事現場において、同社の労働者が鉄製の杭の運搬作業中、転倒により同人が落下させた杭と地面に置かれていた杭との間に右手小指を挟み、右小指末節骨開放骨折及び右小指指尖部切断の傷害を負い、４日以上休業したのであるから、遅滞なく、労働者死傷病報告書を所管の伊勢労働基準監督署長に提出して報告しなければならなかったのに、同年３月13日に至るまで同報告書を提出せず、もって遅滞なく法令で定める報告をしなかったものである。 このことが、労働安全衛生法に違反し、名古屋簡易裁判所より、法人及び代表取締役がそれぞれ罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定した。 これは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
