Despite this, the individual did not have such experience, and the company did not provide proof of the individual's experience. Based on these false statements, the construction license was granted on July 19, Reiwa 6 (2024).

当該建設業者は、令和６年６月20日に提出した建設業法第５条の許可申請書及び第６条の書類において、同法第７条第１号及び建設業法施行規則第７条第１号の規定に基づく経営業務の管理責任者について、当該建設業者の代表取締役が、A社では、令和４年から「工事主任」であって、６年以上経営業務の管理責任者に準ずる地位にあたる者ではなく、建設業に関する建設工事の施工に必要とされる資金の調達、技術者・技能者の配置、契約の締結等の経営業務全般にも従事しておらず、しかも、同社がその同人の経験を証明していないにもかかわらず、同人が建設業法施行規則第７条第１号イ（３）に該当する者であり、同人が同社の「工事主任」として同号イ（３）に掲げる経験があることを同社が証明したとの虚偽の記載をし、同年７月19日に同法第３条第１項の建設業の許可を受けた。
