The representative director of Kuto Densetsu Co., Ltd. provided 1 million yen in cash to the then mayor of Ikeda Town on February 14, 2022, with the intent of receiving favorable and convenient arrangements related to a planned construction project ordered by the town. On July 12 of the same year, in relation to a competitive bidding process for the installation of air conditioning at Onchi Nursery School conducted by the town, the director conspired with the then mayor to obtain the name of the designated contractor, which was a secret, and secured the contract through a bid in which the company was awarded. On July 22, 2024, charges of bribery and obstruction of fair bidding in public contracts were filed against the individual. On January 27, 2025, the Gifu District Court sentenced him to 1 year and 4 months of imprisonment, with a 3-year probation, and on February 11, 2025, the sentence was finalized. This conduct is recognized as corresponding to Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Business Act (applicable under items 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1 of the same article).

久富電設（株）の代表取締役（当時）が、池田町長（当時）に対し、令和４年２月１４日に同町発注予定の工事において自社に有利かつ便宜な取り計らいを受けたいとの趣旨の下に現金１００万円を供与し、同年７月１２日に同町が執行した温知保育園空調機設置工事に係る指名競争入札に関し、自社が落札できるよう池田町長（当時）と共謀の上、秘密事項である指名業者の名前の教示を受けて落札した。 このことについて、令和６年７月２２日に贈賄及び公契約関係競売入札妨害の容疑で公訴の提起をされ、令和７年１月２７日に岐阜地方裁判所から懲役１年４月（執行猶予３年）の判決を受け、令和７年２月１１日、その刑が確定した。 上記が建設業法第２８条第３項（同条第1項第2号及び第3号該当）に該当すると認められる。
