イチフジ建設株式会社及び同社の社員が、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律（昭和４５年法律第１３７号）第１４条第１５項の規定に違反（無許可受託）し、令和２年２月２０日に岡山地方裁判所からそれぞれ罰金５０万円の判決を受け、同年１１月２５日に確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
