当該建設業者の従業員は、当該建設業者の業務に関し、令和５年11月13日午後１時７分から同日午後１時９分頃までの間、大阪港湾局管理地において、廃棄物である残土約190キログラムをみだりに捨てた。 このことで、当該建設業者は、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律（昭和45年法律第137号）違反により、罰金100万円の刑に処せられ、令和６年６月27日にその刑が確定した。
