令和６年２月１日に前橋市上大島町で施工された新築工事において、法定の除外理由がないのにもかかわらず、同工事現場で関係請負人の労働者に住宅屋根上を作業床として使用させ、同屋根上に太陽光パネルの設置作業を行わせるにあたり、地上から高さ３．４６ｍの作業場所であり、墜落することで労働者に危険を及ぼす恐れがあるのに、囲い・手すり等を設けずに労働者に作業を行わせ、関係請負人の労働者の労働災害を防止するための必要な措置を講じなかった。 上記内容で、同社及び現場代理人は労働安全衛生法及び労働安全衛生規則違反により書類送検され、前橋簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金２０万円の判決を受けて、令和７年５月８日に同判決が確定した。
