ヘライ建設株式会社及び作業主任者は、東京都港区麻布台の再開発工事において、コンクリート打設作業を行わせるに当たり、機械、器具その他の設備による危険を防止するための必要な措置を講じなかった。 これを受けて、令和６年１月23日、労働安全衛生法違反により、罰金刑の略式命令を受け、それぞれその刑が確定している。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
