These actions violate Articles 5, 6, and 11 of the Construction Business Act. Accordingly, an instruction order is issued based on Article 28, Paragraph 1 of the same Act.

（株）エコライフジャパンは、令和６年１月３０日に建設業許可の更新申請を提出したが、その後に就任した取締役（令和６年１月３１日就任）について建設業法第１１条第１項に規定する変更届出書（以下、「変更届」という。）を提出することなく、また、更新申請の添付書類である「役員等の一覧表」及び「許可申請者（法人の役員等）の調書」に就任した取締役を記載することなく申請したまま、補正を行わず許可を受けたことが、令和７年５月２１日に受理した役員等の就任等に係る変更届により判明した。 また、同社は、令和６年５月２１日に提出した建設業許可の般特新規申請に当たり、添付書類である「役員等の一覧表」及び「許可申請者（法人の役員等）の調書」に既に就任していた取締役を記載することなく申請し許可を受けたことが、令和７年５月２１日に受理した役員等の就任等に係る変更届により判明した。 このことは、建設業法第５条、第６条及び第１１条に違反するため、同法第２８条第１項に基づき指示処分とする。
