株式会社アルバ・エルは、平成３０年６月３０日、令和元年６月３０日、令和２年６月３０日及び令和３年６月３０日を審査基準日とする経営事項審査において、完成工事高を水増しした虚偽の内容を記載して申請を行うとともに、令和元年６月３０日及び令和３年６月３０日を審査基準日とする経営事項審査にあっては、その申請により得た経営事項審査結果通知書をもって、本県に対し令和２年度・令和３年度及び令和４年度・令和５年度建設工事入札参加資格審査の申請を行った。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第２号に該当すると認められる。
