令和６年１１月１１日、愛知県海部郡大治町大字鎌須賀地内の光設備工業有限会社の敷地内において、労働者に最大積載量３，７００キログラムの荷台の側面が構造上開閉できる貨物自動車の荷台へのシート掛けの作業を行わせるにあたり、墜落による労働者の危険を防止するため、当該作業に従事する労働者に保護帽を着用させていなかったもの。 このことが、労働安全衛生法に違反し、津島簡易裁判所より、法人に対して罰金２０万円、実行行為者である代表取締役に対して罰金２０万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定した。 これは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
