令和７年７月２２日から７月２４日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和８年１月３０日までに報告されたい。記【鋼索鉄道】１．土木施設技術基準（鋼索鉄道）（以下「実施基準」という。）に規定する定期検査の一部について、以下のことを確認した。（１）実施基準第６２条に基づく軌道の定期検査のうち、軌道変位の「高低」について、実施基準が内規に適切に反映されていなかったため、検査が実施されていなかったこと。（２）実施基準第６２条に基づく軌道の定期検査のうち、軌道変位の「通り」について、軌道変位の考え方に誤りがあり、同実施基準第５１条に規定する整備基準値を超過していたことに気づかず、補修が行われていなかったこと。（３）実施基準第６３条に基づくトンネルの通常全般検査のうち、はく落に対する安全性について、はく落に係る変状は把握し記録はされていたものの、その変状に対する健全度の判定が必要な箇所が整理されておらず、判定を行っていなかったこと。よって、軌道及びトンネルの適切な維持管理を図るため、実施基準に基づき、検査を実施するとともに、適切な管理ができるよう必要な措置を講ずること。また、実施基準及びその他の規程類についても実態との乖離がないか改めて確認を行い、必要な措置を講ずること。【普通索道】１．複線交走式普通索道整備細則第５条に規定する一部の検査項目において、実際の設備と検査記録簿の検査項目との整合が取れておらず、同細則第８条に規定する設備の検査結果の一部が記録されていないことを確認した。よって、同細則及び検査記録簿の内容を確認の上、整備細則及び検査記録簿の必要な見直しを行うとともに、検査の記録を適切に管理すること。以上【関東運輸局】
