令和７年２月２５日（火）から２７日（木）まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。なお、講じた措置については、令和７年４月２５日までに報告されたい。記１．流葉第１クワッドリフト及び流葉第１０ペアリフトの保安設備について、機械室に設置している保安通信設備（電話機）が使用できない状態であるにもかかわらず、必要な整備を行っていないことを確認した。よって、整備細則（単線自動循環式）第６条及び整備細則（単線固定循環式）第６条に基づき、速やかに同設備を整備するとともに、適切に索道施設の維持管理ができるよう必要な措置を講ずること。２．索道施設の電気設備の検査について、整備細則（単線自動循環式）第５条及び整備細則（単線固定循環式）第５条で定める臨時検査②の一部の検査項目（索道施設（変電所及び配電所を除く）の「接地抵抗の良否（測定）」）を実施していないことを確認した。よって、速やかに同設備の検査を実施するとともに、整備細則（単線自動循環式）第５条及び整備細則（単線固定循環式）第５条に基づき適切に検査を実施できるよう、索道施設の維持管理する体制を改善すること。以上【中部運輸局】
