株式会社長﨑組（以下、「長﨑組」という。）の社員は、「平成３０年度（補正）農山漁村地域整備交付金林道橋梁改良工事（林道第２７号）」等の大野市発注の林道工事に関し、同市元職員に対し、工事金額が記載された工事費内訳書の写しの交付を受けるなどの長﨑組に有利かつ便宜な取り計らいを受けたことに対する謝礼および今後も同様の取り計らいを受けたい趣旨の下に、現金計５０万円を供与し、もって同市元職員の職務に関し賄賂を供与したとして、贈賄罪で福井地方裁判所より懲役１年（執行猶予３年）の判決を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第２号に該当すると認められる。
