令和６年１２月１８日午前９時３５分頃、二本松市安達ヶ原一丁目５５番地１号に所在する安達地区特別支援学校小中学部新築（建築）工事現場において、型枠工事を施工する一次下請事業者有限会社安部建業の労働者が、建設中の建物２階に設置された高さ約３．４メートルの梁となる型枠の床上において、壁となる型枠にセパレーターを取り付ける作業を行っていたところ、同床上から墜落し、頭蓋骨や胸椎を骨折する重傷を負った。このため、労働安全衛生法に違反したとして、令和８年１月２３日付けで（有）安部建業及び同社職長に対し、それぞれ２０万円の罰金刑が確定した。
