（株）とまの塗装店は、令和２年５月１１日に提出した建設業許可の更新申請及び令和４年２月１４日に提出した建設業許可の追加申請に当たり、既に就任していた取締役（平成１３年３月３１日就任）について建設業法第１１条第１項に規定する変更届出書（以下、「変更届」という。）を提出することなく、また、許可申請の添付書類である「役員等の一覧表」及び「許可申請者（法人の役員等）の調書」に就任した取締役を記載することなく申請し許可を受けたことが、令和７年１０月２８日に受理した役員等の就任等に係る変更届により判明した。 このことは、建設業法第５条、第６条及び第１１条に違反するため、同法第２８条第１項に基づき指示処分とする。
