(株)Ａ.Ｓ.Ｅプランニングの取締役は、労働者に高圧の充電電路の敷設等の業務に就かせるに当たり、当該業務に関する安全又は衛生のための教育を行わなかった。また、前記高圧の充電電路を取り扱う作業を行わせるに当たり、絶縁用保護具を着用させないで前記作業を行わせ、電気による危険を防止するため必要な措置を講じなかった。 このことから、同社及び同社の取締役は、労働安全衛生法違反により、令和８年３月26日に高松簡易裁判所から罰金の略式命令を受け、令和８年４月11日にその刑が確定している。 これは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
