令和4年5月23日午前9時頃から同日午前9時59分頃までの間、長岡組の業務に関し、従業員が伊都郡かつらぎ町大字佐野地内の土場において、廃棄物である木材等約19キログラムを焼却した。これにより、代表者は廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律に違反し、他法令違反と併せて罰金刑に処せられ、その刑が確定している。このことは、建設業法第28条第1項第3号の規定に該当すると認められる。
